Well, turn off the Adult content and you'll see that a lot of frontpaged material is pretty nice to review. But don't stop there.
Every person who comments you, look at their work. Then look at their favourites. The newer users may not necessarily have much, but the more established ones over here will have lots of works, and possibly lots of favourites. Then, visit the users he favourited. See their works, and their favourites. You can't go wrong this way, for there'll always be stuff for you to discover.
